Ensenada Del Sol sells state-of-the-art manufactured homes, formerly known as "mobile" or "trailer homes." These homes are built to federal HUD code, which has stringent requirements related to quality construction, energy efficiency, and safety.

Do you have any trailers for sale in your community?

Ensenada Del Sol does not sell trailers; we do have pre-owned manufactured homes available for immediate move-in!

During Christmas, Residents hold parties and they give free food, and it is delicious! It is easy to go to the laundry room because it is close to me. I like Miguel, the property manager.
